Subscriber Support Console

Description Using the Subscriber Support Console, you can easily access information about all your subscribers, such as which Salesforce Edition they are using and if they are over their limits. Subscribers can also grant you login access to troubleshoot issues directly within the app, in the familiar manner that they grant login access to administrators. Once granted access, you can log in to the subscriber’s organization and directly view their configuration and data to help troubleshoot problems.
