Lightning for Outlook stuck loading in Outlook Web App (OWA)

|Description||When accessing Lightning for Outlook via the Outlook Web App the loading splash screen will present the following message permanently: "Please wait while the app loads, or close this app and open it again."
|Resolution||This issue is caused when the domain for accessing Outlook Web App is not included in the Microsoft Outlook Web App Whitelist in the "App for Outlook Settings" in Salesforce. To acquire the correct domain needed for whitelist access OWA and copy the domain that is present in the address bar. Utilize "Wildcards" ( * ) to compensate for any variation that there may be in the Domain. See the example below:
