Exchange sync Failure: RCA/EWS failure due to Office365 K1 license not being supported to communicate via EWS.

Description Some customers may notice an Exchange sync Failure and RCA/EWS failure due to Office365 K1 license not being supported to communicate via EWS.

Typical example error from the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer loglines is below:

"No EXPR or EXCH settings were found in the Autodiscover response"
 
Resolution EWS must be enabled and supported for Exchange Sync to work. The K1 license doesn't currently allow for full enablement of EWS and this Exchange Sync may not function.
