|Description||Some customers may notice an Exchange sync Failure and RCA/EWS failure due to Office365 K1 license not being supported to communicate via EWS.
Typical example error from the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer loglines is below:
"No EXPR or EXCH settings were found in the Autodiscover response"
|Resolution||EWS must be enabled and supported for Exchange Sync to work. The K1 license doesn't currently allow for full enablement of EWS and this Exchange Sync may not function.
