Cannot see "Add Google Doc" button in Lightning Experience

Knowledge Article Number 000233389
Description When adding a Google Doc using the Add Google Doc button in Salesforce Classic, it will ask you for a Google URL.

The Add Google Doc button is not available in Lightning Experience.
Resolution In Lightning Experience, you will see Google Docs & Attachments under Related list tab when you open a record (e.g. Case object record). Instead of finding "Add Google Doc", "Attach File", and "View All"  buttons, you will see "Upload File".

Click on "Upload File" and it will direct you to a file browser and you will not see an option to add a Google URL. In order to add a Google Doc, you will need to switch to Salesforce Classic view.

Clicking on an Existing Google Doc in Lightning Experience will take you to the record in Salesforce Classic view.
