Log a Case with a different MID in Marketing Cloud

When you log into the H&T Portal with your Marketing Cloud login credentials to submit a Case, there's an "MID" field visible. This field should show as the unique identifier for the Organization you're logged into and for logging a Case. This may be the parent MID or top-level Organization or child MID you're logging a Case for. It will indicate from where you are logging a case.
