Log a Case with a different MID in Marketing Cloud

Learn how to find your unique MID and also how to log a Case using a different MID below. 
Resolution

 


When you log into the H&T Portal with your Marketing Cloud login credentials to submit a Case, there's an "MID" field visible. This field should show as the unique identifier for the Organization you're logged into and for logging a Case. This may be the parent MID or top-level Organization or child MID you're logging a Case for.  It will indicate from where you are logging a case.


Log a Case with a different MID


Now that you know how to find your MID, to get help for a different Organization (such as one under the top-level MID), please log a Case and provide the following information:
 
  • Specify the MID in the Subject and Description fields.
