Email address not auto-populated when replying to Email Approvals from Outlook for iPhone

Description Some customers may run into an issue with the Outlook app for iPhone not auto-populating the "To" text-box with the email address after hitting the "Reply" button on an email approval.
Resolution As the issue is isolated to the app you can try one of the following:
 
- Respond to the email approval using another email client (e.g. Outlook for Desktop, Outlook Webmail)
- Login to S1 and jump into the Approvals tab to see a list of outstanding items to Approve/Reject
- Re-install the Outlook app - if this doesn't work consider reaching out to Outlook Support
