As of June 2017, we will be retiring the Radian6 Engagement Console, Radian6 Summary Dashboard, and Radian6 Mobile app. You'll find answers to common questions and some additional resources below. 

What is the change and when is it happening?

As of June 2017, we'll be retiring the Radian6 Engagement Console, Radian6 Summary Dashboard, and the Radian6 Mobile App. You are encouraged to move to Social Studio, the single and unified platform for social publishing, engagement, and listening.  As a parallel upgrade, if you have Radian6 access can use your credentials to login to Social Studio here, at no additional charge. 

Why are we retiring this product?

Social Studio brings together capabilities of the Analysis Dashboard, Summary Dashboard and the Engagement Console into a single web-based product, with additional social networks for listening and engagement. The Social Studio mobile app enables you to support your social listening, engagement, and publishing strategy on the go through iPhone, iPad, and Android apps. We also want to ensure new customers are starting their implementations on the long term product and architecture.
