When setting up Macro I get an error: The Email Template is not available. Please update the Macro

Description When setting up a Macro and try to send an email I get an Error :The Email Template is not available. Please update the Macro.

1. Go to a Console App
2. Click Case Tab
3. Open a case record or search for a case record using the search box
4. Click on Macros
5. Click the on play icon
6. You will get the Error :The Email Template is not available. Please update the Macro

 
Resolution To resolve the error you must modify the Case Feed Layout by following these steps:

1. Click Setup | Build | Customize | Cases | Page Layouts (if you have multiple page layout make sure that you are going to modify the assigned page layout) :
       
     a)  Click on Edit.
     b)  On the top panel you will see Feed View click on it.
     c)  On Email Action Options section you will see Select Email Tools.
     
d)  On the Available Email Tools select the Templates and click on Add.
    
e) Click on Save.

Note: Macros only works on Feed-Based Layouts.
