Why am I not able to 'Send & Add' an email using Salesforce for Outlook Side Panel installed on Outlook 2013 /2016

|Description||A User trying to add a 'Reply' email using Salesforce for Outlook Side Panel on Outlook 2013 / 2016 might see that the email gets added to the intended record even before the email is sent from Outlook. The email added will not have the contents added to the reply email.
|Resolution||The right way to add the emails is illustrated below:
A new window will pop up and the side panel gets refreshed.
The Email will get added after you click on the 'Send' button. This is the right way to add emails when you want the Response (Reply) email to get added to the intended record in salesforce.
