The Field "Personal Interests" does not keep the inputed data.

Description When entering new data into the field "Personal Interests", the data appears to "Save", but when editing "Personal Interest" clears and you have to resubmit the information. 

 
Resolution The core problem is that the fields are not consistent with the objects being used, and client accounts usually do not have parent accounts.

When reviewing your org Accounts Field Sets.
1) Go to Accounts
2) Select Field Sets

3) Review all three Client Information Listed

Client Information    WM_Client_Edit_Section_1    Edit client dialog box
Client Information    WM_Client_New_Section_1    New client dialog box
Client Information    WM_Client_Profile_Details_Section_1    Client profile's Details tab

All three of the Field Label's should have "Personal Interest" on Clients and it should be consistent. The namespace must be FinServ: Make sure to use fields from the account fields list, and not fields from the parent account.

Follow steps below for assistance.

1) Go to Accounts
2) Select Field Sets

You will be directed to a page with Field Label's listed (we are checking for "Personal Interest" on Clients)

3) Review all three Client Information Listed

Client Information    WM_Client_New_Section_1    New client dialog box
Client Information    WM_Client_Profile_Details_Section_1    Client profile's Details tab

4) Select Edit next to one of the client information
5) In the quick find type in "Personal Interest"

You will need to insure that Personal Interest
Namespace Prefix: FinServ is being utilized

*** Continue to next step If it is not being used*** 

6) Select FinServ: Personal Interest and drag and drop it within the Field Label list

7) Repeat the steps above for the remaining Client Information listed
