Concierge Support will help facilitate the use of and be available for any Salesforce product, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data.com, Marketing Cloud (Email, Social), Social.com, Pardot, SteelBrick, SalesforceIQ.
Additionally, the Concierge team is responsible for guiding Amazon contacts on how the various support processes work, including who to contact and how to log issues. This is valuable when increasing urgency on a case existing with Support or when management oversight is needed on a particular issue.
