Unable to Access Manage Members button on Campaigns

|Description||User's receive the Insufficient Privileges error message every time when trying to manage my campaign members within a campaign. Even though the user is the owner of the campaign record and also the System Administrator.
Error Received :
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.
|Resolution||Ensure that Accessibility Mode on the user detail page is un - checked for the user by following the below steps:
Click on Setup | Manage Users | Users | Edit the user name | Uncheck the box next to Accessibility Mode.
