Error Adding Contact to Contact Role in Health Cloud

Description When Moving forward in process to create a contact to contact relationship in Health Cloud produces this error:

Error:
"Apex trigger HealthCloudGA.ContactContactRelationTrigger caused an unexpected exception, contact your administrator: HealthCloudGA.ContactContactRelationTrigger: execution of AfterInsert caused by: HealthCloudGA.MoiExceptionWrapper.TriggerException: Something's not quite right. Try your action again, and if the issue continues, contact your administrator for help.: Class.HealthCloudGA.MoiExceptionHelper.createTriggerException: line 256, column 1 "
Resolution This is due to field level security on the reciprocal role object as well as the contact to contact relationship object.

You will want to make sure that these fields are listed as editable. This can be completed through the affected users profile or permission set:

When in the profile or permission set view the following fields to make sure that they the required fields are provided. 

Fields that require View and Edit access on Reciprocal Role:

Go into the setup menu/ search profiles or permission sets/ go to the reciprical role object and edit the fields to make these visible

1- InverseRelationship 
2- Relationship Type 
3- Create Inverse Role 

*Reciprocal Role needs to be of Record Type ContactRole to create a Contact - Contact Relation object 

Fields that require View and Edit access on Contact - Contact Relation object:- 

Go into the setup menu/ search profiles or permission sets/ go to the contact - contact relation object and edit the fields to make these visible

1- InverseRelationship 
2- Active 
3- Contact 
4- Related Contact 
5- Start Date 

Same is required to create a Account - Account Relation object 

*Reciprocal Role needs to be of Record Type AccountRole to create a Account- Account Relation object

Go into the setup menu/ search profiles or permission sets/ go to the account - account relation object and edit the fields to make these visible

1-InverseRelationship 
2- Account 
3- Active 
4- Related Account 
5- Start Date
