Users are directed to Home page when they click on Manage in Communities

|Description||When you go to Setup | Customize | Communities | All Communities and click on the Manage action link, instead of seeing the Community Management page where you can setup the Community, you will be directed to your Home page.|
|Resolution||This may happen when the Organization no longer have any Community Licenses available. That means there is Zero Total Licenses when you check under:
Setup | Company Profile | Company Information | User Licenses:
You will then have to reach out to your Account Executive to purchase a Community License.
