Internal Server Error when viewing an Article while in a Community using a Template such as Napili

|Description||When a user accesses a Knowledge Article via a Community using Templates such as the Napili template in the Community Builder they receive the following error:
"Unfortunately, there was a problem. Please try again. If the problem continues, get in touch with your administrator with the error ID shown here and any other related details. Error ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXXX (-1713451311)"
|Resolution||This is due to the following:
1. The org in questing is using the "Enable Chatter Profile Based Rollout" feature which allows Chatter to be enabled and disabled on an individual Profile.
2. The user in question has "Chatter Enabled" turned off on their Profile.
3. The Article Detail Page has the Related Article Lists standard Lightning Component active on the page.
To Resolve this you can do one of the following:
A. Enable Chatter for the user either via the Profile or by Permission Set.
B. Remove the Related Articles List component from the Community Article Detail page and republish your Community.
