Increasing Number of archived versions for Knowledge Articles and Documentation

Available with Additional cost in: Enterprise and Unlimited Edition.
By Default, Salesforce stores up to 10 versions of an article in addition to any version that is attached to a case.
However, some organization may need to store more than 10 versions of archived Knowledge Article.
Below is a process which will help us to get the number of archived versions for Knowledge Articles and Documentation increased.

|Resolution||To move forward with having the default number of archived versions for Knowledge Articles and Documentation increased, take the following steps:
1. Have a System Administrator log a case with Salesforce Support.
2. Please mark as "feature activation" on the General Application Area
Required information for case description
Feature requested: number of archived versions for Knowledge Articles and Documentation
Organization ID where you want the feature to be enabled ( You can check the Organization ID of production or sandbox by following the clickpath: Navigate to Setup > Company Profile > Company Information > Check for Organization ID ):
Statement identifying you as the system admin: I am the system admin in charge of this feature.
Requested limit (Maximum limit 50):
Once our Support Team gets the requested information, we'll review the case and action as needed.
