Uploaded file isn't a certificate. (Related field: Identity Provider Certificate)

Description When uploading the  Identity Provider Certificate under the SSO settings. we receive the below error:
"Error File: Uploaded file isn't a certificate. (Related field: Identity Provider Certificate) ". The solution to the issue is to add Begin and End tags in the certificate.
Resolution

One of the main reasons for this error is that the uploaded certificate does not have the begin and end tags.
After inserting these tags, you should be able to upload the certificate successfully.

Steps:

  Open the certificate in a text editor, add the below lines, The certificate should look like this below
