Lightning for Outlook add email icon not displayed for Contact or Lead cards

|Description||To associate emails using Lightning for Outlook to Contacts and Leads Tasks need to be created and associated with a Lead or a Contact. This means that the user adding the email has to have edit abilities to the "Name" and "Related to" fields for Tasks and Events as these link to the Contact or Lead.
Occasionally an Administrator may remove Field Level Accessibility or Field Access on the Task or Event page layout to the "Name" or "Related to" fields. Consequently the Add Email icon will not show in the Contact or Lead card using Lightning for Outlook.
To resolve this problem ensure users have access to the "Name" and "Related to" fields for both Tasks and Events.
