SOS - Entity not available The Entity 'SOSSession' is not found

Description You might run into an error when trying to install a package, which relates to our SOS objects, like the package that is recommended here: SOS Development Guide - Setting up SOS in Service Cloud

When trying to install the "SOS Quick Setup App" you might get an error like: 
Entity not available
The Entity 'SOSSession' is not found. Contact the vendor for more details.
Resolution The error appears as the User doesn't have permissions to access the necessary objects. To be able to access the SOS objects available in Salesforce you need to have the correct permission set license assigned.
Once the Permission Set is assigned to the User the error will no longer appear.
