Company community password link does not send a "reset password" email

Description If a user is assigned the Company community user license they will not be able to reset their password via the community "forgot password link", this is working as designed.
Resolution The Company Community license is actually treated as an *Internal User* license. While this license allows the User to login directly to the Community, they can also use the *same* credentials for "". 

Only External Users can reset their own passwords from the Community's "Forgot Password" page. 

However, a workaround can be that the Company community users use the internal login page to reset there password.
