Company community password link does not send a "reset password" email

|Description||If a user is assigned the Company community user license they will not be able to reset their password via the community "forgot password link", this is working as designed.|
|Resolution||The Company Community license is actually treated as an *Internal User* license. While this license allows the User to login directly to the Community, they can also use the *same* credentials for "login.salesforce.com".
Only External Users can reset their own passwords from the Community's "Forgot Password" page.
However, a workaround can be that the Company community users use the internal login page to reset there password.
