New Report button is not available in Lightning Experience

|Description||New Report button is not available in Lightning Experience however we can access in Aloha (Salesforce Classic) with all permissions given on Profile for reports.|
|Resolution||This will happen if Accessibility Mode is Enabled in your org. To Disable the Accessibility Mode on the User detail page to get the New Report button in Lightning Experience.
Steps to uncheck Accessibility Mode:
1. Click Set Up | Manage Users | Users
2. Click on Edit for the specific user
3. Uncheck the Accessibility Mode
4. Click Save.
