Reset Password Button is not available for a Community User

Description The Reset Password button is not available for Community Users on the User detail page. System Administrator is also not able to view the button. Why is this happening?
Resolution The reason why the Reset Password button is will not be available for the community user on the user detail page is because the user is not added to an Active Community as a Community Member so you need to add the user to the community by clicking:

1. Click Setup | Customize | Communities | All Communities |

       a. Click on "Manage" button next to the community where you want to add the user as a Community Member.
       b. Click on Administration | Members | Select the user's Profile | Click on Add
       c. Click Save.
