Dashboard "Refresh" button not responding in Lightning Experience

Description User should be able to click the "Refresh" button in Dashboard without any issues both in Classic and Lightning Experience.

However if the Dashboard consist of a Visualforce Component the "Refresh" will not respond in Lightning Experience.

Resolution This is Working as designed.  To resolve, remove the Dashboard component with Visualforce Component and you should be able to refresh the Dashboard in Lightning Experience.
