Conga Composer and Conga Workflow Subscription End of Sale on August 16, 2016

Description

1. What is the change and when is it happening?

As of August 16, 2016, Salesforce will no longer process renewal orders for Conga Composer and Conga Workflow. Customers with active subscriptions of either products will need to engage with Conga directly to renew their subscription at the end of their current subscription term. 

Customers may place add-on orders during the remainder of their subscription term with either Salesforce or Conga. 

NOTE: There are no changes to the Conga Composer and Conga Workflow product functionality as a result of this change. Customers should contact Conga directly for Support-related questions.

3. What action must I take?

  • Work directly with either Salesforce or Conga to add on more licenses during your existing subscription term
  • Work directly with Conga to continue using Conga Composer and/or Conga Workflow upon the expiration of your Salesforce subscription term
