|Knowledge Article Number||000240695|
|Description||This article describes how Soft Credits (Both Full Soft Credits and Partial Soft Credits) function within the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and how they are related to Opportunity Contact Roles.
|Resolution||A Soft Credit is a credit for a donation that a contact or donor did not actually make, but may have somehow influenced.
