Resources with different travel time to service location have the same grade

Description Some users may notice that their resources have the same grade/score for a service although they have different travel times to the service location.  This would typically happen when the Resource Availability work rule is not added to the scheduling policy being used. 
Resolution To resolve the issue you'll want to edit your scheduling policy and include the Resource Availability work rule:

1. Login as a System Admin

2. Go to Field Service Admin app

3. Open the Scheduling Policies tab

4. Select your scheduling policy

5. Click the New Scheduling Policy Work Rule button under the Scheduling Policy Work Rule related list

6. Enter Resource Availability for the Work Rule field

7. Click Save

After adding the work rule the scheduling policy will take travel time into consideration when calculating grades/scores for resources.
