Account logo is not displayed in account record.

Description When Account Logos is enabled, company logos are displayed on US-based accounts. When Account Autofill is also enabled, logos appear with the account suggestions that users see when creating new accounts. Sometimes, after a new account is saved, the logo that was shown with the suggested account doesn't appear on the account record.
Resolution The logo used on the account record and the logo used in the suggestions are technically different images. The platform we use to deliver logos from the web filters out images that aren't available or that don't fit our quality standards (e.g. image is too small). Therefore, occasionally we'll have a logo in the account suggestions but not for the account record itself.
