Why do I get the error, 'Your organization isn't enabled for sending attachments or content delivery links.' while trying to add attachments to emails while using Lightning Experience.

|Description||Trying to add an attachment to an email while using Lightning Experience UI ends up in the error:
'Your organization isn't enabled for sending attachments or content delivery links.'
* The same would work fine while using the Salesforce Classic UI
|Resolution||To resolve this issue, Salesforce Administrator needs to enable the below Perm on the affected users profile.
* Find the Profile of the affected user.
* Search for the perm "Create and Share Content Deliveries for Salesforce Files"
* Enable the above perm and save the changes.
Now the affected user will be able to attach attachments to emails and send them while using Lightning Experience.
