ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE Error when clicking on Checkout

|Description||When I navigate to Setup | Checkout and click on "Proceed to Checkout >>" the following error message is displayed:
store.salesforce.com didn’t send any data.
|Resolution||This usually happens when the end user's profile is missing the "Manage Billing" permission. To resolve the issue please make sure that the appropriate profile assigned to the end user has this permission. Alternatively, assign the permission to a user via permission set.
