Reports Show Non-Existent Contact Address

When creating or viewing a report using the standard report type Contacts & Accounts, users may notice that the Contact's address fields display null values at the record level, but return results in a report.

Solución

Within a Contact & Accounts Report Type, if null, the following contact fields will display values from the associated account record.  

1) Contact Mailing Address will display values from the associated Account's Billing Address fields. 
2) Contact Phone will display the associated Account Phone value.

This behavior is specific to the standard Contacts and Account report type.
If a new custom report type is created on the Accounts and Contacts objects this behavior will not occur.
