Export approval process data with Data Loader

Data Loader can be used to export Approval Process information. 

Løsning

The Approval process information is held in the following Objects:

  • ProcessInstance - Represents an instance of a single, end-to-end approval process.
  • ProcessInstanceStep - Represents one work item in an approval process.
  • ProcessInstanceWorkItem - Represents a user’s pending approval request.
  • ProcessInstanceHistory - This read-only object shows all steps and pending approval requests associated with an approval process. This object is not exposed via API and cannot be accessed using Data Loader. 
After clicking Export in Data Loader, check the Show All Salesforce Objects box to select these objects.
