게시 일자: Apr 27, 2026
상세 설명

There are a variety of reasons why you might receive an error message when you try to run a report that you should be able to access.

Possible causes might include

솔루션

To resolve this issue, check the following:

  • First, make sure the Report Type is in "Deployed" status.
  • Verify that you still have access to the Report Folder.
  • Make sure you have "Read" access to all the Objects the Report references.
  • If any of the Objects are part of a Managed Package that requires licenses, check that you have an assigned license.
  • If it is an Administrative Report, verify the "View Setup and Configuration" permission is on your Profile.
  • Check the Field Level Security of the Lookup or Master-Detail Relationship field to ensure that your Profile allows you visibility into that field.
  • Check the Field Level Security for every field that is on the report and on the Object you are referring to.
  • Confirm that the "Report Builder" Permission is on your Profile.
  • If the Report is built on multiple objects, make sure that a Lookup Field between two of the Objects is not hidden by Field Level Security.
  • If the Report Type is "Opportunities with Products," verify that you have at least "Read" access to the Price Book object.
  • For Experience Cloud site users (such as Customer or Partner users), the default external access for the objects on which the report is based should be set to Private and make sure the appropriate Sharing Rules are defined.

Visualforce Error

If the Object used in a Report Type is part of a Managed Package that contains a Visualforce Page, users might receive an error like:

License Required: The Visualforce Page DeliveryGroupHome is part of the AppExchange Package KimbleOne, and requires a license to use.
