You can contact us as outlined in our Contact Salesforce Customer Support Help article.

If you don't have your own username and password, ask your Salesforce admin to create a user with a Chatter Only license.
 
Note: The Chatter Only license is also known as the Chatter Plus license. It’s available only to existing Chatter Plus customers. If you do not have your own username and password & can not get a Chatter Only licenses, please follow the instructions below.
 

Account Engagement Premier Support Customers (including Premier Partners)

  • Account Engagement Premier Support is a separate entitlement from Salesforce or Marketing Cloud Premier Support.
  • Account Engagement Premier Support designated contacts can call into Salesforce support.

Phone Support

  • English Support: Available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
  • Weekend support is available for Sev 1 and 2 Account Engagement Premier cases on Saturday and Sunday
  • You can find here the Customer support phone numbers.
  • Make sure to enter your Premier Support Passcode when you call to be routed to the Account Engagement Premier queue.
 

Support prioritization

When logging a case choose the severity which best fits your issue. More information can be seen in Severity Level descriptions for Salesforce Support Case.
👉 Severity Level 1 issues will be posted on the Salesforce Trust SiteMarketing Cloud Account Engagement.
👉 If you are experiencing a Level 1 issue and nothing is posted, please call Support. Support phone numbers are listed on this Customer support phone numbers article.
