Publiceringsdatum: Jun 3, 2026
Beskrivning

Salesforce offers two versions of Territory Management: the original Territory Management feature (also referred to as TM 1.0) and the newer Enterprise Territory Management (ETM, also referred to as TM 2.0). This article describes the key feature differences between the two versions to help organizations understand which features are available in each.

Important: The original Territory Management feature was retired for all customers as of Summer '21. After retirement, users can no longer access the original Territory Management feature or its underlying data. Salesforce encourages all customers to migrate to Enterprise Territory Management. For more information, see The Original Territory Management Module Will Be Retired in the Summer '21 Release.
