If you're a Marketing Cloud user trying to access help articles, product documentation, or release notes on Salesforce Help, you must log in using your Marketing Cloud credentials — not your Salesforce Core login.
Common scenario: You created a Salesforce Help account with your email address, but Marketing Cloud-specific content isn't visible. This happens because Marketing Cloud login is a separate authentication path on the Salesforce Help login page.
Click Forgot your password on the login page to reset your password. If you're unable to reset your password, contact your Account Executive.
Social Studio-only customers: Social login functionality is coming soon! Until then, log in with your Marketing Cloud login and password.
