When the Campaign Hierarchy related list is added to the Salesforce Campaign page layout, administrators can add fields and edit the columns shown in the Campaign Hierarchy related list.
However, when administrators add the columns to the related list and save the layout, users can still see only the Campaign Name. Certain fields, described in the Resolution, do not appear on the layout even if the user's profile has access to them through Field Level Security or Accessibility.
This article answers why fields added to the Salesforce Campaign Hierarchy related list are not visible to users who have access. The fields have two versions with similar names, and administrators must grant field-level security on the "in Hierarchy" version.
The fields in question have two versions with similar naming conventions. For example, the standard Campaign fields include a field called "Num Sent" and another called "Total Num Sent in Hierarchy".
For the Campaign Hierarchy, administrators need to change field-level security on the "in Hierarchy" fields so that they are visible in the related list. In this example, "Total Num Sent in Hierarchy" is the field that needs field-level security added for users.
