In Salesforce Classic or Lightning Experience, create a new Account History report
Export Account History using Data Loader
You can use Data Loader to export Account History directly in a .csv file.
Run a weekly or monthly Data Export
When you open the file, you will find a column name 'ParentSobjectType' which will contain associated object name against which history is listed. You can add a filter on this column to show only Accounts History.
