Account Engagement System Emails not received

Admin users can navigate to the Admin tab in pi.pardot.com, or Account Engagement Settings in Account Engagement Lightning App, then System Emails to see a list of the emails that have been recently sent out. Some users may see that a system emails is recorded as sent in the Account Engagement application, but it did not reach the user's email inbox.
Lösning
If you are not receiving system emails from Account Engagement, ask your email administrator to allowlist the Account Engagement system email IP and hostname in your mail system and in any internal or third-party spam filters your business uses. This will ensure that Account Engagement's system emails are able to get through.
