Description
This is a common Salesforce connector sync error that can show in Account Engagement. This error means that a validation rule is set up on some fields in Salesforce.
Résolution
To resolve this issue:

1. Ask your Salesforce Administrator to either
a) Ensure the value is mapped to the required field for all the prospects to comply with existing validation logic.
OR
b) If the field cannot be mapped, consult your Salesforce administrator about safely bypassing the validation rule for the Account Engagement connector user.

2. In Account Engagement, follow these instructions.
