This is a common Salesforce Connector sync error that can show in Account Engagement . This error means that value stored in an Account Engagement field is longer than the maximum field length specified in Salesforce.
Løsning
Resolve this error by following one of the below options:

1. In Account Engagement, edit the value and shorten it so that it is shorter than the maximum field length specified in Salesforce.

2. In Salesforce, update the maximum field length to allow for a longer value. After making that update, you may need to refresh the Salesforce-Account Engagement connector metadata:

➤ In pi.pardot.com: navigate to Admin > Connectors.
In Account Engagement Lightning App, navigate to Account Engagement Settings tab > Connectors.

Click the gear icon next to the Salesforce.com connector and click "Re-verify" (version 1 connector) or "Sync Metadata" (version 2 connector). This will allow Account Engagement to update the newly set field length from Salesforce.
