Log a support case for Conga Quote Generation or Conga Invoice Generation

1. Log in to help.salesforce.com
2. Click Contact Support
3. Create a Case
4. Inquiry Type = Technical Support
5. Topic = Revenue or Revenue-Document Generation
6. Be sure to include "Conga Quote Generation" (for CPQ Quotes) or "Conga Invoice Generation" in the subject line of the Case before proceeding to include all relevant details and records outlining the issue.

Notes: 

• Your Account Team will assist in provisioning licenses, whether adding new licenses or adjusting the count for missing licenses. Provisioning Conga Quote Generation or Conga Invoice Generation licenses is beyond the scope of Revenue Cloud Support.
