Error ‘Attempt to de-reference a null object’ on Product Selection in Salesforce CPQ

Description
If this error is displayed upon selection of a product, verify the product has an active Configuration Rule and an active Product Rule of type = Filter. If these are correct and the issue still occurs, make sure the Configuration Rule is assigned to a product Feature that is being configured
Résolution
Filter type product rules are only supported with Features with Dynamic Option Selection Method
Product rules of Type 'Filter' require their associated Configuration Rule to have a 'Feature' defined. The Feature populated in that field must be of Option Selection Method = Dynamic.
