If you cannot see the Litmus Email Preview icon in Content Builder, most likely your User does not have the Permission to access it.
Please contact your Marketing Cloud Administrator with the instructions to enable your User for the Litmus Preview integration.
1. Login to Marketing Cloud as an administrative user
2. Click your name in the upper right-hand corner then click Administration
3. Hover over the 'Account' tab, then click Users
4. Click the checkbox next to the user you wish to enable Litmus previews for
5. Click Manage Roles
6. Expand 'Permissions' and click Edit Permissions
7. Expand 'Email'
8. Expand 'Advanced Preview Options'
9. Click Allow next to 'Integrate with Litmus' and 'Litmus Trial Previews'
10. Repeat the above 6 steps for each user who needs access
1. Navigate to litmus.com, login with your credentials
2. Click your account in the upper right-hand corner
3. Click Settings
4. Click Integrations on the left-hand side
5. Where it says, 'Salesforce marketing Cloud,' click the Trash Can
6. Say 'OK' to disconnect
7. Go back to SFMC in your account, and try to 'test and preview' again.
8. Litmus should ask you to re-authorize, and show you who you’re currently 'logged in' as
9. If you need to change the user, under the user who is logged in, click Not You
10. Sign in with your credentials
