Account Engagement prospect Sync Error: "Duplicate value: duplicate value found: unknown duplicates value on record with id: XXX"

Description
This is a common sync error that can show in Account Engagement. This error is the result of any unique field on Leads being mapped to a unique field on Contacts, Opportunities, or Accounts, where the unique field has the same value as a unique field on a record that already exists.
Résolution
To fix this issue:

1. Ask your Salesforce Administrator to delete or edit the unique value on the Lead so that it does not violate the uniqueness constraint. This will allow for successful conversion. See the duplicate value found in the sync error.

2. In Account Engagement, follow these instructions.
