Change the date details or delete a scheduled data export job.

A scheduled Salesforce Data Export job in Salesforce allows admins to automatically export org data on a weekly or monthly basis. If you need to change the export date or remove a job that is no longer needed, use the steps below.

Ratkaisu

Change details for a scheduled Data Export

  • Navigate to Setup and enter Data Export in the 'Quick Find' box
  • If a schedule is currently established edit its details by clicking 'Schedule Export' and Save
     

Delete a scheduled Data Export

  • Navigate to Setup and enter Scheduled Jobs in the 'Quick Find' box
  • Select Scheduled Jobs
  • Click the Del. action link beside the Data Export 'Job Name'


Troubleshooting: Insufficient Privileges Error When Deleting Data Export

You may hit "Insufficient Privileges" error when trying to delete weekly or monthly data exports. Then as a workaround, Go to Setup -> Monitor -> Jobs -> Schedule Jobs and Delete the Data Export job. This will delete both Weekly & Monthly export jobs.
