Login Images for Experience Builder Displays Only in Builder But Not On the Site

Fecha de publicación: Aug 6, 2025
Descripción
Users who view the login page are not seeing the background or logo image. You are able to see these images when you view it in the Experience Builder.
Solución

An update to how images are added to communities using Asset Files occurred during the Spring '17 release. Now when you upload an image to change the background or logo, these pictures are added as Asset Files, which can then be reused throughout the community.

For unauthenticated visitors to view the newly published images, we need to open public access to these files. Please do the following to resolve this issue:

1. From Setup, navigate to Digital Experiences >  All Sites > Workspaces (If Experience Workspaces aren't enabled, then you would see the option 'Manage' instead of 'Workspaces').

For organizations where Experience Workspaces is enabled:

In Salesforce Classic: Setup | Customize | Digital Experiences | All Sites | Workspaces
In Lightning Experience: Gear icon | Setup | Feature Settings | Digital Experiences | All Sites | Workspaces

Note: To enable Workspaces, go to Setup | Digital Experiences | Settings. Check if 'Enable Experience Workspaces' is selected. If not, then select it if you wish to turn on the feature.

2. Once you are in Experience Workspaces, select AdministrationPreferences.
3. Select Let guest users view asset files and CMS content available to the community.
4. Click Save.
