Instances where this error can occur:

1. When a prospect is being assigned to a Queue, which contacts cannot be assigned to, only leads. This Set Up Queues article provides more information.

2. If 'Reverse Sync' is enabled in your Salesforce Connector, a prospect is created as a Contact instead of a Lead in Salesforce and as such, it will throw this error in Account Engagement.

 
Lösning
The issue can be resolved by assigning the Prospect to a User instead of a Queue, or by disabling 'Reverse Syncing'. If you wish to disable the feature, please contact Salesforce Support

Then, following those changes, you can re-sync the records and clear out the error.
