View Instance Information for Your Salesforce Organization

View Instance in Company Information

 View which instance your org is on in Company Information. 

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and then select Company Information.
2. Find the Instance field in the Organization Detail section. 

Instance names that start with two letters, such as AP0, are hosted on Salesforce-managed first-party infrastructure. Instance names that start with three letters, such as GBR10, are hosted on Hyperforce infrastructure.

A trailing S in the instance name indicates a sandbox org. For example, JPN156S is the sandbox instance corresponding to production instance JPN156.

Find Instance by Domain Name

If you know your domain name, use the Trust Status page to search and find your instance.

1. Navigate to status.salesforce.com.
2. Enter your domain name in the search bar, and then press Enter.
3. In the results, your instance is listed next to your domain name. For example, if the result is  TEST | NA01 — your org's instance is NA01.
