Salesforce Optimizer, Lightning Experience Readiness Check, Lightning Experience Configuration Converter, and Einstein Readiness Assessor application update

The Salesforce Optimizer, Lightning Experience Readiness Check (including Visualforce Check and the Lightning Experience Change Management Hub), Lightning Experience Configuration Converter, Lightning Experience Welcome Mat, and Sales Cloud Einstein Readiness Assessor applications were recently placed into maintenance mode for repairs. 

Updated information on this situation follows:
The Sales Cloud Einstein Readiness Assessor is now out of maintenance mode and available for use with the following limitation: 

  • Customers with a very large number of objects (such as millions of documents) may experience timeouts and may not receive the report.

Salesforce is working to resolve this limitation, but there is no estimated timeline for completion of that effort.

The Salesforce Optimizer, Lightning Experience Readiness Check (including the Lightning Experience Change Management Hub), Lightning Experience Configuration Converter, and Lightning Experience Welcome Mat are out of maintenance mode and available for use. There are no associated limitations with the applications. 

The Visualforce Check is out of maintenance mode and can be accessed in the Lightning Experience Configuration Converter at: https://lightning-configuration.salesforce.com/visualforce-pages.xhtml. 

  • The Visualforce Check is no longer delivered as a PDF when customers run the Readiness Check.
