Important: Salesforce Support is unable to perform these steps. The user account owner can verify their own mobile number or their system administrator can add the mobile with the proper format under the user detail page.

Example:

+1 5034440579

+39 5034440579

Note: As a security measure, when Users add or update mobile numbers in the Advanced User Details, they must log in again to verify their identity.  As a result, unsaved changes in the app are lost. To disable this security measure, contact Salesforce Support.
